By Eric Yeager
First off, I will tell you about the lighting. I game in the dark most of the time. This thing stays well lit, and even if you're a blind old bat, you can see it fine. My hands are pretty big (size XL gloves), and these keys are the perfect size! I have yet to fully test every feature, but the lights are vibrant, the keys are large, responsive, easily pressed. I have not had any ghosting. I also turn on gaming mode so I don't bump myself out to the desktop while I'm in a PVP match or a raid, lol... One of the cool things which I have not needed to do, is to remap any key to do anything. I am a weirdo, and I mostly use the right side of the keyboard for games (almost everybody uses the left, but I have a few disabilities.) The thing is, every key feels like it is in the right place and size, so I haven't even needed to use that feature yet! Between this and my Razer Naga, I can be quite competitive in MMOs (mainly SWTOR and GW2) and other button-intensive PVP games. My only possible con is that I wish the bottom rest were detachable, as it tends to get in in the way for my unique setup, but if you are using a regular computer desk and not sitting in a recliner 6 feet away from your PC, this will not be a problem for you.

By Anthony P. Miller
GOOD: The physical layout of they keyboard is fantastic. I have big hands, but I tend to prefer the keys on laptops. This is a good mix of the low-profile, relatively quiet keys and a larger layout that accommodates my Shrek-like hands.
BAD: At random intervals, keys just stop working. I'll be typing and suddenly the N or the H will just die. It's easy to fix -- just unplug and re-plug the USB cable, but it's pretty annoying.

I had looked online for weeks trying to find a backlighted, GAMING keyboard without a ton of bad reviews. When I saw this one on sale on amazon, I thought, what the hell, they're good with returns. So far, everything that would turn away a GAMER has NOT been an issue with this keyboard:
PROS
-all the keys light up
-W+SHIFT+SPACE work when used at the same time
-SPACE works even when pressed all the way on one side of the button
-no crashes so far or having to unplug and replug
-no compatability issues with windows 7
-comfortable ergonmics
-can't comment on paint wearing off as it is brand new
It's not a mechanical keyboard because I didn't want a drop of water to ruin it as I have many/all meals at my desk. I think there were two spill incidents involving beer with my old HP stock keyboard, and that still works great - hope I have the same experience with this.
CONS
None, really. I thought I would have trouble getting used to the font on this board and the fact that the keys are slightly more spaced apart than my last one, but I don't seem to have a problem with it all.
